By using VanGroomer.com ("VanGroomer," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What VanGroomer Is

VanGroomer is a free online directory that lists mobile pet groomers in the NYC metro area. We connect pet owners with local grooming businesses. We are not a grooming service provider ourselves and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or conduct of any listed groomer.

2. Free Listings

Grooming businesses may be listed on VanGroomer.com using publicly available information. Listing on VanGroomer is free. Businesses may claim their listing to update their profile information. We reserve the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, inactive, or violate these terms.

3. Paid Services

VanGroomer offers optional paid tiers including Featured Listings ($49/month) and pay-per-lead referral fees (~$15/lead). Fees are charged via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. You may cancel a Featured Listing subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. SMS Messaging

VanGroomer may contact grooming business owners via SMS to notify them of their directory listing. Message frequency is low (typically 1–3 messages per business). Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@vangroomer.com.

5. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure directory listings are accurate, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. Business hours, availability, pricing, and contact details may change. Always confirm details directly with the grooming business before booking.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Scrape or copy our directory data for commercial use
  • Use our platform to spam or harass grooming businesses or pet owners
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls

7. Limitation of Liability

VanGroomer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our site or any grooming services arranged through our directory.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of VanGroomer after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
